Leslie Pendleton, Jr.
 My name is Leslie (Les)
Pendleton, Jr. and thank you for visiting my web site. I am a
Sanibel and Captiva Island Realtor
â. My wife and I live year round on
Sanibel Island and first visited Captiva Island and Sanibel Island
in 1989. My wife, two children and I visited Captiva and Sanibel
for many years prior to moving here full time. I have over 30 years
of financial and business experience and specialize in finding
solutions and making sales happen for my clients.
My wife and I started to plan our move to Sanibel in the mid 1990's
and moved down after the construction of our new home was
completed. I grew up in Boston, Massachusetts where I met my wife
Susan 25 years ago and prior to joining American Realty of Captiva
I was the Benefit Payments Manager for Investors Bank & Trust,
the Deputy Director of the Massachusetts State Board of Retirement,
and prior to working for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts I owned
and operated a chain of convenience stores.
I have been a board member of the Sanibel General Employees Pension
Board for the past 3 years and am a former board member of the
Sanibel Bayous Home Owners Association. My wife Susan is a Vice
President of the Sanibel Captiva Trust Company and we participate
in many community activities.
